Exchange Rules
1.1. These Exchange Rules govern the procedure and conditions for using the exchange services provided by ExSora, including the purchase, sale and exchange of digital assets and fiat funds.
1.2. By creating an exchange order on the ExSora website, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Exchange Rules, the Privacy Policy, the AML/KYC Policy and other applicable rules published on the ExSora website.
1.3. The Service records the date and time of the User's acceptance of the applicable rules and the creation of the exchange order.
1.4. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for processing the order and to comply with the rules applicable to the selected exchange direction.
1.5. The applicable version of the Exchange Rules is the version published on the ExSora website at the time the order is created, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided by the relevant terms of the service.
2.1. ExSora Service (Service) — an online service providing exchange, purchase and sale of digital assets and fiat funds.
2.2. Website — the official ExSora website: ExSora.cc.
2.3. User — an individual who uses the ExSora Service and accepts the applicable terms and policies.
2.4. Exchange Order (Order) — a User's request to perform a specific exchange transaction through the ExSora Service.
2.5. Exchange Direction — the specific combination of the asset or currency sent by the User and the asset or currency to be received by the User.
2.6. Digital Asset — a digital representation of value or rights that may be transferred or exchanged using electronic or blockchain-based systems.
3.1. To create an Order, the User must provide the information required by the ExSora website for the selected Exchange Direction.
3.2. The User is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when creating an Order is accurate and complete.
3.3. The User must provide valid payment details and a valid address for receiving the exchanged funds or digital assets.
3.4. Before submitting an Order, the User should verify the selected Exchange Direction, amount, receiving details and other information displayed on the Order page.
3.5. An Order is considered created after the User submits it through the ExSora website.
3.6. The processing time of an Order may depend on the blockchain network, payment system, banking infrastructure, liquidity providers, technical systems and other circumstances affecting the transaction.
3.7. ExSora may temporarily suspend processing of an Order if additional verification, AML/KYC review, clarification of transaction details or other actions are required to complete the transaction.
4.1. ExSora applies a risk-based approach to transactions and may perform AML/KYC checks in accordance with its AML/KYC Policy.
4.2. Depending on the circumstances of a particular transaction, ExSora may request additional information or documents from the User.
4.3. Such information may include identification documents, proof of address, information concerning the source of funds, information concerning the transaction, or other documents reasonably required for verification.
4.4. If the User fails to provide the requested information or documents, or if the information provided cannot be verified, ExSora may suspend, refuse or otherwise restrict the processing of the Order in accordance with the AML/KYC Policy and applicable law.
4.5. The procedure for AML/KYC checks, risk assessment and possible return of funds is governed by the ExSora AML/KYC Policy.
5.1. The User must provide accurate information when creating an Order and during any subsequent verification.
5.2. ExSora may request clarification if the information provided is incomplete, inconsistent or insufficient for processing the Order.
5.3. The User is responsible for ensuring that the payment details, blockchain address, network and other transaction information provided to ExSora are correct.
5.4. ExSora is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by the User, including an incorrect blockchain address, network or payment details, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
6.1. When sending digital assets to ExSora, the User must use the blockchain network and address specified for the relevant Order.
6.2. The User is responsible for selecting the correct blockchain network and ensuring that the transaction is sent to the correct address.
6.3. If the User sends funds using an unsupported network, incorrect address or otherwise in violation of the instructions provided for the Order, processing or recovery of the funds may not be possible.
6.4. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after confirmation by the relevant network. ExSora cannot guarantee the recovery of funds sent incorrectly by the User.
7.1. The exchange rate applicable to an Order is displayed to the User before the Order is submitted, unless otherwise indicated on the website.
7.2. The final amount received by the User may be affected by network fees, payment system fees, banking fees, third-party service fees or other costs associated with processing the transaction.
7.3. Any applicable ExSora service fee or other charge is displayed or otherwise communicated to the User before the Order is completed, where applicable.
7.4. The User is responsible for reviewing the exchange rate, fees and final amount before submitting the Order.
8.1. An Order is considered completed when ExSora has transferred the relevant funds or digital assets to the receiving details provided by the User, unless otherwise specified by the terms of the relevant Exchange Direction.
8.2. The actual time of completion may depend on the confirmation of the relevant blockchain network, payment system or other infrastructure used to process the transaction.
8.3. ExSora may provide the User with information regarding the status of the Order through the communication channels specified by the User.
9.1. A return of funds may be made where an Order cannot be completed, including where:
the User refuses or fails to complete a required verification;
the User does not provide information necessary to process the Order;
the transaction cannot be completed due to AML/KYC or compliance requirements;
technical circumstances prevent the completion of the exchange;
the selected Exchange Direction cannot be processed;
other circumstances arise that prevent ExSora from completing the Order.
9.2. The procedure and conditions for returning funds are determined in accordance with the ExSora AML/KYC Policy and the circumstances of the particular Order.
9.3. Where a return is approved, ExSora may request the User to provide an address or other payment details for the return.
9.4. For security purposes, the User may be required to send the return request from the email address used when creating the Order.
9.5. The return request should contain the Order number, the address or payment details for the return, and, where applicable, the blockchain network.
9.6. When returning funds, ExSora may deduct only the actual costs directly associated with the return, including applicable blockchain network fees or fees charged by payment infrastructure, where such costs have actually been incurred.
10.1. The User is responsible for complying with these Exchange Rules and providing accurate information necessary to process the Order.
10.2. The User must not use the ExSora Service for unlawful activities or transactions prohibited by applicable law.
10.3. The User must not knowingly provide false, misleading or incomplete information during the creation or verification of an Order.
10.4. If the User becomes aware of an error in the information provided for an Order, the User should contact ExSora support as soon as possible.
11.1. ExSora may temporarily suspend or delay an Order where this is necessary due to technical issues, blockchain network conditions, payment system restrictions, AML/KYC verification, compliance requirements or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Service.
11.2. ExSora may refuse to process an Order where its completion would conflict with applicable law, AML/KYC requirements, sanctions restrictions, internal compliance procedures or other applicable requirements.
11.3. In such cases, the User may be informed about the status of the Order and, where applicable, the procedure for returning the funds.
12.1. ExSora processes User information in accordance with the ExSora Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
12.2. Personal information may be processed for the purposes of providing the Service, processing Orders, preventing fraud, conducting AML/KYC checks, complying with legal obligations and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of ExSora and its Users.
13.1. The User has the right to submit an inquiry or complaint concerning the operation of the ExSora Service, the processing of an Order or other matters related to the use of the Service.
13.2. Complaints and inquiries are handled in accordance with the ExSora Complaint Handling Policy.
13.3. When submitting a complaint concerning a specific Order, the User should provide the Order number and other information necessary for ExSora to identify and review the relevant transaction.
14.1. ExSora reserves the right to amend or supplement these Exchange Rules.
14.2. A new version of the Exchange Rules becomes effective upon its publication on the official ExSora website, unless another effective date is specified in the relevant version.
14.3. For an Order that has already been created, the version of the Exchange Rules applicable at the time of its creation shall generally apply, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided by the terms applicable to the relevant Exchange Direction.
